An unforgettable tropical vacation can be found in this spectacular, newly renovated and professionally decorated 11,000 sq. ft., 12 bedroom, 14 bath villa located directly on the fabulous Conchas Chinas Beach. This exclusive neighborhood with multi-million dollar homes lining the coastline is just 2.5 km. south of downtown Puerto Vallarta.
All twelve beautifully decorated bedrooms offer ensuite baths, ocean view terraces, individual air-conditioning, hair dryers, bathrobes, with ten king beds and four single beds. On the upper level are the master suite and two guest suites. Below the main living area there are five guest suites and on the lowest level are three guest suites that open onto the spacious terrace with a large heated infinity pool with an attached Jacuzzi, several lounge chairs, a poolside Palapa covered bar and dining area, BBQ and direct access to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Puerto Vallarta. This incredible villa, with a full-time staff of eight, including a security guard, may be rented with a minimum of eight bedrooms. Special events for up to 125 people can be arranged. Heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, central air-conditioning, TV, VCR, stereo with CD player, fully staffed.
