Villa Hacienda del Mar, Puerto boasts 10,000 sq ft of pure luxury with 11 Suites (10 bedrooms and a den). There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and 3 bedrooms plus den in the casita (little house) located in the grounds. The magnificent villa located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras, is just one hour south of Cancun.

Hacienda Del Mar is perfect for vacations, weddings, events, corporate retreats, yoga workshops and more! For larger groups and events Hacienda Del Mar may be rented alongside Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Kukulkan next door.

Entering the villa you will be enchanted by the amazing view of the blue Caribbean ocean. The house, designed by the owners is a master piece!... with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras. The Hacienda del Mar court yard is adorned with Mexican trinkets and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Leading from this area are 4 guest suites, the Ola, Turtuga, Medusa and Nautilus Suite. (2 with king beds and 2 with 2 twin beds – may also be king on request) with full bath and air conditioning.

The huge open plan living and dining room overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The living room has lots of sofa, large flat screen Satellite TV and Vonage Telephone for free calls to the USA. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is beautiful! Just off the living room there is a library also with flat screen TV and Xbox. From here walk out to the covered terrace which stretches the length of the villa, here you have dining alfresco for up to 22 guests, comfy lounging chairs and to the side there is also an outdoor shower. Poolside there are many chaises for you to sit back relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. There is a BBQ gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day.

Upstairs in the main villa there are 3 fabulous ocean front king suites, the Arrecife, Coral and Arena Suite each suite has walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property.

From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic; you will see many fishes and coral, if you are lucky maybe a turtle! Hacienda Del Mar has kayaks for guests use, hours of fun are guaranteed.

The casita (little house) has 3 suites and a den, the Caracol, Concha, Brisa and Perla Suite (2 suites with king beds and 2 with 2 twin beds – may also be king on request). On the lower level of the casita you have an amazing games room with billiard and table tennis…fun for the young and young at heart is guaranteed!

The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you'll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving, Hidden Worlds and much more!
